Manutec Ventures was formed in 2004 to recruit talent for oil and gas / energy; food and beverage; logistics; production; and manufacturing businesses. Our "Industry based" approach - where we first understand our clients' respective industries, then apply specific particulars to search efforts - best serves all customers. This vastly differs from the traditional IT, engineering, sales, finance and other "roles" focused recruiting. Manutec has been affiliated and continues to work with trusted industry partners. The company expanded its offerings to include vendor managed procurement. Manutec maintains relationships with multiple product and packaging manufacturers, as well as equipment providers.
