Manutec Ventures is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) providing human capital resource, advisory, and procurement solutions.
In 2006, Christopher Johnson founded Manutec, applying his operations and logistics background to recruit talent for oil and gas / energy; food and beverage; logistics; production; and manufacturing businesses. Having been on the client side of recruiting, he maintains this "Industry based" - understanding their respective industries, then applying particulars to the search efforts - approach best serves customers. This vastly differs from the traditional IT, engineering, sales, finance and other "roles" focused recruiting. Manutec has been affiliated and continues to work with selected industry partners. The company expanded its offerings to include vendor managed procurement. Manutec maintains relationships with multiple product and packaging manufacturers, as well as equipment providers. Manutec further provides operational advisory services to food companies utilizing co-manufacturers and fulfillment partners.
